Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Collection Platform Implementation:

  • Assist with the setup and implementation of a digital platform for sustainability and ESG data.
  • Support the migration of historical data to the new system.
  • Help prepare materials and provide support for user training sessions.

FY2025 Sustainability Reporting (TCFD Framework):

  • Play a key role in the data gathering process for our annual Sustainability Report, commencing in October 2025.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to collect relevant data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in alignment with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework.

Sustainability Report Grant Application:

  • Conduct research on available government grants related to sustainability reporting and initiatives.
  • Assist in compiling the necessary documentation and data required for the grant application.
  • Support the preparation and drafting of the final grant proposal.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Assist in drafting internal communications (e.g., newsletter articles, intranet posts) to raise awareness of our sustainability initiatives.
  • Help organise small-scale employee engagement activities to promote sustainability awareness across the organisation

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant diploma/degree programme at a Polytechnic/University
  • A genuine interest in and passion for sustainability, environmental issues, and corporate social responsibility
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • A proactive and independent learner who is also a strong team player
