Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sustainability & EHS Advisor to support and drive environmental, health, and sustainability initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), with proven expertise in environmental consultancy, regulatory compliance, and sustainable development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sustainability, environmental, and EHS projects to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and organizational goals.
  • Conduct environmental compliance audits, environmental due diligence (EDD), and environmental impact assessments (EIA) to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement pollution control studies (PCS), environmental site assessments (ESA), contaminated site remediation projects, and environmental management & monitoring plans (EMMP).
  • Provide technical guidance and advisory services on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting, carbon management strategies, and transition initiatives towards zero waste to landfill.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to drive sustainable practices and ensure effective communication of sustainability goals.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to support internal and external sustainability and EHS commitments.
  • Stay updated with evolving environmental regulations, ESG standards, and sustainability trends to provide proactive recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consultancy, sustainability, or a related industry.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • Environmental compliance audits, EDD, and EIA

  • PCS, ESA, EMMP, and contaminated site remediation
  • GHG emissions reporting and carbon footprint management
  • Waste management and sustainability initiatives (e.g., zero waste to landfill)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, engage stakeholders, and deliver practical sustainability solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Professional certifications in ESG/EHS (e.g., ISO 14001, NEBOSH, IEMA) would be an added advantage.
