About the Roles

We are seeking an Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive to support air freight operations at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work schedule (Mon – Fri, 1PM – 9PM; Sat – half day on remote standby). The position offers a basic salary of up to $2800 plus variable bonus, along with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and air freight industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full life cycle of air freight shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents for smooth operations.
  • Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving shipment-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare and verify shipping records and documents, including customs forms and Air Waybills.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance service efficiency.
  • Assist with projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with air freight documentation, systems, and processes will be an advantage, though not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Open to candidates without direct experience, as training will be provided.
