Position: Cook (6 Vacancies – 3 at Bedok, 3 at Tampines East)

Gross Salary: $2,577 (Basic $2,355 + $25 Flexi Benefits + $197 AWS Allowances)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef in kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook food according to assigned menus.
  • Sort, store, and distribute ingredients as required.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Perform area cleaning duties.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
  • Applicants without experience are welcome (On-the-Job Culinary Training provided).
  • Knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • 6 days work week (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Rotating shifts between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours per shift).
  • Work locations: Bedok (3 vacancies) and Tampines East (3 vacancies).
