Job Highlights

  • 5.5-day work week at Punggol / Novena locations
  • Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM | Half-day on Saturday/Sunday: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Competitive salary up to $3,000/month + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging lessons using our ready-to-use curriculum materials including lesson plans, teaching guides, and practice worksheets.
  • Create an interactive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, active participation, and a love for learning.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours.
  • Maintain effective classroom management while giving individual attention to each learner.
  • Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive, timely feedback to the centre's management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline; prior teaching or tutoring experience will be an advantage.
  • Passionate about educating and inspiring young learners to reach their fullest potential.
  • Confident in managing classroom dynamics while maintaining a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
