About the role
Kid Castle Education Group is looking for passionate and dedicated Student Care Teachers to join our team in the Clementi West Region. As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and enriching learning environment for primary school students. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule and work-life balance needs.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of primary school students
- Providing academic support and guidance to help students excel in their studies
- Organising and supervising recreational activities, field trips, and other extracurricular programs to foster students' physical, social, and emotional development
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns
- Collaborating with the wider teaching team to continuously improve the quality of the student care program
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or working with primary school-aged children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Creativity and flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages
