Job Scope:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students in the centre.
- Guide students with homework, revisions, and enrichment activities.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate programmes, games, and learning activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Assist in daily operations, including attendance taking, meal supervision, and centre cleanliness.
- Communicate with parents and teachers regarding students' progress or concerns.
- Support the lead teacher and management in administrative or ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in student care, tuition, or teaching is an advantage.
- Passionate about working with children and nurturing their growth.
- Patient, caring, and able to manage groups of students effectively.
