Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Executive in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, coordinating with logistics partners, and any other duties assigned from time to time.

  • Act as coordinator for logistics matters, between internal departments and external customers
  • Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved
  • Oversee warehouse operations and supervise inbound, outbound, and VAS efforts by the team
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the MHE and overall safety compliance
  • Attend to customers' enquires and requests and keep customers fully informed on GRN, GI, and delivery status
  • Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI meetings to present progress and KPI scorecards to customers
  • When necessary, operate MHE to assist operations
  • Conduct Toolbox Meeting and drive internal compliance exercise
  • Investigate incident and accident and prepare investigation report for submission to superior and the department concerned
  • Identify safety hazards in operations areas and proactively eliminate any risks
  • Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace
  • Integrate safety into daily work activities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety & warehouse SOP according to our internal safety procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma holders in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Fresh degree graduates welcomed to apply
  • Applicants with relevant experience will be advantageous
  • Competent in using Warehouse Management System
  • Preferable with forklift license
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.45pm; Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
