**POSITION PURPOSE**

Provide support in all aspects of inventory and operation planning to ensure smooth facilitation of inbound and outbound inventory is met across the market. The role is integral to T&G Singapore business, the Operations Executive - Singapore will be responsible for **executing** operations performance in support of the commercial opportunities created by the Sales and Marketing functions. In additional, the role is also required to provide a quality controller role to a certain extend at T&G Singapore storage facility to ensure inventory delivered to customers are in good condition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Accessing ERP system to create purchase orders and/or sales order for the in-market and monitoring accuracy of produces that are being shipped to in-market in terms of quantity and import price.
- Ensure quantify accuracy of all inbound & outbound shipments, in conjunction, ensuring ERP system inventory data accuracy.
- Allocation planning which includes communication to warehouse personnel to ensure fulfilment.
- Managing 3rd Party Logistics’ expenditure which includes high level checking of invoices to ensure correct billing.
- Quality Control of produce which includes communication to outsource QC team and ensuring QC report accuracy.
- High level of documentation work through T&G Singapore ERP system.
- Filing and administrative support work to Country Manager / Operations
- May include other additional work as and when requested by Country Manager / Operations

Familiar with Microsoft Navision (ERP), SAP, Knowledge in fresh fruits operation planning and quality control

- Hands on approach with manual work required, mid-level of Excel proficiency a minimum

Previous experience in FMCG or fresh produce industry

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
