**Roles & Responsibilities**

Role and Responsibilities
- Managing and planning of daily receiving and inventory warehouse operations
- Prepare purchase orders
- Schedule and expedite deliveries
- Cooperating with warehouse regarding delivery by suppliers
- Controlling and monitor stock movement
- Monitor and settle damaged items, discrepancy, FIFO, expiry dates, shelf life etc
- Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly and in good condition
- Conduct yearly stock take and prepare inventory reports
- Ensure operations to run smoothly and maintain housekeeping
- Oversee order placements are picked, delivered & tracked
- Build and maintain strong relationships to handle enquiries on all inventory matters
- Assist management to review continuous improvement in process flow & productivity
- Negotiation with suppliers to improve product quality and cost
- Monitor stock level
- Coordinate with sales person for shipping arrangement
- Prepare shipping documents
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned for on-going and new projects

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant studies
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, in Operations and Purchasing preferably in distribution
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Details and meticulous
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to speak Mandarin (to liase with Chinese speaking counterparts)
