About the role

The Front Desk Customer Relations Executive plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience at The Brow & Beauty Boutique' in Bugis, Central Region. This full-time position is responsible for greeting customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front-desk operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone, email, or social media
  • Handle customer bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks
