About the role
The Front Desk Customer Relations Executive plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience at The Brow & Beauty Boutique' in Bugis, Central Region. This full-time position is responsible for greeting customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front-desk operation.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone, email, or social media
- Handle customer bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
- Assist the team with various administrative and customer service duties as needed
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and clients of all backgrounds
