**Job Description**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and objectives in SEA regoin
- Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for the executive team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within the software industry.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Leadership Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
