**Your new company**
A Global Fintech MNC (Digital Payments) is expanding rapidly in the SEA region with multiple markets established in the past few years. They are looking to bring a proven Enterprise Sales Director (SEA) to join and lead their Enterprise Sales team based here in Singapore.
**Your new role**
- Identify and develop key potential enterprise accounts in the SEA market
- Create sales and marketing programs for demand/lead generation, leading to a high-quality pipeline and complex sales closures
- Develop and maintain new / strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-Suite)
- Leading and managing the entire sales process till deals closures
- Manage and lead the entire enterprise sales team in SEA
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent education
- At least 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales in Payments / Fintech Solutions
- Proven track record in Business Development in the SEA market
- Proven regional Business Development experience in selling to Large Enterprises / B2B
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience selling into C-Level customers/clients
- Proven track record in leading and managing an enterprise sales team in SEA
