This role involves supporting the daily operational flow of order fulfillment and customer service. The key responsibilities include: **- Order Processing: Managing incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Printing of Delivery Notes: Ensuring delivery documents are correctly generated and attached to respective orders.
- Packing of Products: Preparing and packing products according to order requirements.
- Handling of Delivery Drivers / Booking Processes: Coordinating with delivery personnel and managing delivery bookings or logistics schedules.
- Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries, order updates, and basic after-sales support
Light Prepacking Work (If Required): Occasionally assisting with the prepacking of products. (minimal)**
While a comprehensive understanding of the overall operational flow is important, the role does not require managing all responsibilities at once. However, there may be occasions where multitasking is needed. Tasks will be assigned and prioritized accordingly to ensure an efficient and manageable workflow.
