Responsibilities

  • Registration
  • Booking of medical appointment
  • Cashier
  • Dispensing of medicine
  • Inventory management
  • Cleaning & Sterilizing of Equipment
  • Preparing and replenishing of consumables for Clinic Room
  • Purchase and requisition of TCM medicine
  • Assist in any other Administration and Operational duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / GCE "A" level or "O" level.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload.
  • A strong team player.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Experience in Registration, Cashier and Dispensing, Operation and Administrative are preferred.
  • Able to read and write Chinese as the medicine, purchase requisition, invoices, and TCM IT Management Software are all written in Chinese.

Working Hours

  • Scheduled for 5 days per week (Monday to Saturday), with rotating shifts between 8 am and 9 pm.
