We are seeking a friendly, organised, and service-oriented receptionist to join our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for patients and supporting smooth clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients warmly upon arrival
- Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and reminders (phone, WhatsApp, online)
- Answer phone and message enquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Manage daily front-desk operations and patient registration
- Collect payments and issue receipts using clinic system
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold clinic standards

**Requirements**:

- Able to converse in **English and Mandarin**:

- Prior experience in **healthcare or wellness reception** preferred
- Knowledge or interest in **Traditional Chinese Medicine** is a plus
- Comfortable using computer systems for bookings and payments
- Friendly, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on **weekday evenings and Saturday**

**Work Schedule**
- Tuesday to Friday: 10am - 8pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9am - 5pm
- Off days: Sunday and Monday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
