[What the role is]
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to our Senior Management, ensuring efficient management of schedules and communication while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
[What you will be working on]
Key responsibilities
1) Calendar and Schedule Management
- Organise and manage senior management's calendar and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prioritise and coordinate meetings and events to optimise senior management's time
2) Communication and Correspondence
- Organise meeting materials for senior management
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls and letters) and respond appropriately
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
3) Miscellaneous Support
- Submit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claims
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enable smooth operations
[What we are looking for]
- Experience in a PA role supporting senior executives
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion, integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
