Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Officer/Executive to join our team. This role offers excellent exposure to the logistics and shipping industry, with opportunities to build a stable and rewarding career. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries via phone or email related to import shipments, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Shipment Coordination: Liaise with overseas branches and local delivery teams to ensure smooth freight arrangements and on-time deliveries.
- Documentation: Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy before dispatching to customers.
- Billing: Monitor billing flow and pre-check invoices to ensure accuracy before submission.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good coordination abilities.
