Our client is seeking an Education Sales Manager (Team Lead) to join their team
About Our Client

Our client is a respected private education institution in Singapore.

What you'll be doing?
  • Drive student enrollment: Develop new contacts and sales leads to achieve ambitious recruitment targets.
  • Meet and exceed quotas: Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and yearly enrollment goals.
  • Lead recruitment activities: Spearhead campaigns, open houses, information sessions, and campus visits to attract prospective students.
  • Develop winning strategies: Analyze market trends and competition to create effective sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to SSG regulations and institute policies while meeting sales objectives.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education and experience: Diploma or Degree holders with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Sales expertise: Individuals with a proven track record in sales management, preferably in the education industry.
  • Positive personality: Resourceful and results-driven individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Market knowledge: Candidates with a good understanding of the education market will have an advantage.
Other Information:
  • Working Hours: Mon to Friday 9am-6:30pm
  • Location: Toa Payoh
