Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Students / Fresh grads welcome.
  • No experience required.
  • Singaporean only. Well-versed in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
