Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support strategic talent initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from offer to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
- Collaborate with line managers and HRBPs to identify talent needs and develop pipelines for critical roles.
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience; in-house recruitment and/or public sector experience is a plus.
