Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and driven HRBP (Learning & Development) to design, implement, and drive talent development strategies and initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.

Strategy and Training Execution

·       Establish and implement training framework for new hires, existing staff and high-potential leaders

·       Conduct end-to-end L&D processes: identifying learning needs, curriculum design, content development, delivery, and evaluation

·       Measure training effectiveness to determine the impact of training on the trainee's knowledge, skills and performance

·       Develop OJT roadmap and framework for Internship program

·       Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints

·       Stay up to date with emerging training systems within the industry, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the company's training framework

·       Develop and facilitate learning sessions, including case study discussions, workshops and training programs

·       Design and implement online, blended, and in-person learning interventions on HR topics

Onboarding and Continuous Development

·       Conduct onboarding programs for all new hires, accelerating their operational competency and enhancing their understanding of company operations

·       Maintain detailed training records and provide reports on training progress and impact.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

·       Lead the development of digital learning platforms, interactive modules and e-learning content

·       Continuously improve learning & training tools and platforms to enhance employee competencies

·       Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Head

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related.

· to 7 years of relevant HR experience

·       Familiarity with WSQ framework and government grant schemes is a plus

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
