The Client is a fast growing local experiential F&B and lifestyle brand. They are looking to hire a Head of Culinary Innovation & Control to join their team and lead the culinary direction for our bistro and café-style fusion cuisine. This role is ideal for an accomplished chef with a passion for creating innovative dishes, ensuring exceptional quality, and maintaining high operational standards.
Job Scope:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Head Chefs to ensure consistent performance and excellence.
- Lead research and development efforts to design and implement innovative fusion dishes that align with our casual yet refined menu concept.
- Conduct regular hygiene and quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide strategic guidance on central kitchen setups and operations (preferred).
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in professional kitchens, including at least 3 years as a Head Chef and 5 years as a Sous Chef.
- Experience working in well-known kitchens, cafés, or restaurants is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to innovate while maintaining operational discipline and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to drive team performance.
