Trade Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing programs to support sales goals—such as in‑store promotions, product launches, sampling events, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to carry out promotional activities, events, and sampling initiatives.
  • Work across modern trade, general trade, and food service channels to secure product visibility and optimal shelf / display placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers; negotiate for shelf space and promotional opportunities to increase product exposure.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials, in‑store displays, and selling tools that drive customer engagement.
  • Manage the production and distribution of POSM (point‑of‑sale materials), ensuring consistent branding across all outlets.
  • Monitor competitor trade marketing activity and market trends to spot opportunities and stay ahead.
  • Evaluate outcomes of promotions with post‑promotion ROI analyses; support budgeting and inventory planning for trade marketing programs and sample distribution.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG (experience in food & beverage preferred).
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
