The school now has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting the school's mission and objectives by providing strategic and operational HR support and guidance. This is a dynamic and hands-on position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in HR
  • Demonstrates the highest level of ethical behavior and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Works effectively, professionally and tactfully with a diverse workforce, the leadership team and external parties
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data related to various HR metrics
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Sound working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment laws in the education sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrates the Stamford Values – Integrity, Courage, Ingenuity and Compassion

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD).
