We are seeking an Elite F&B Team Leader to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious luxury hotel in Macau.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic service team while upholding the highest standards of fine dining and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Greet and welcome guests in an articulate, warm manner
  • Ensure accuracy of guest orders from beginning to end
  • Must anticipate guest needs at all times
  • Assist in serving food & beverages while engaging with guests
  • Must use guest name in a natural manner where possible
  • Handle guest enquiries and direct to the appropriate department
  • Be flexible and adapt within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other department of the hotel as assigned
  • Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel
  • Maintain excellent standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Maintain good rapport and working relationships with staff in the outlets and all other departments
  • Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Competencies and Requirements

  • Min1 year of work experience in 4-5 star hotel restaurant an advantage
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of restaurant service
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must to effectively communicate with international guests, colleagues, and team members
  • Good social skills; can work well under pressure
