Join the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Pet Care Consultant in our Singapore River Central Region office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to pet owners, ensuring the health and wellbeing of animals in our care.
What you'll be doing
- Offering personalised pet care recommendations and solutions to customers
- Advising on the appropriate food, toys, and accessories for pets based on their individual needs
- Providing guidance on pet nutrition, grooming, and general healthcare
- Assisting with the sale of pet products and services
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in the pet care industry or a related field
