About the role

Join the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Pet Groomer. This is a full-time position based in the North Region of SG, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional pet grooming services to our clients. As a key member of our Veterinary Services & Animal Welfare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the animals in our care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive grooming services such as bathing, trimming, brushing, and nail clipping to a variety of pet breeds
  2. Identifying any potential health or skin issues and reporting them to the veterinary staff
  3. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised grooming area
  4. Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on proper pet grooming techniques
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in professional pet grooming
  2. Strong knowledge of various pet breeds and their unique grooming requirements
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with both pets and their owners
  4. Proficiency in using grooming equipment and tools safely and effectively
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the best possible care
