  • Working Hours: Morning shift 10am – 8pm, Night shift 7pm – 5am

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-site food quality meets company standards
  • Participate in daily cooking to maintain taste, safety, and presentation
  • Standardize dish recipes based on the menu
  • Manage inventory and ingredient usage
  • Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Coordinate with operations, gather feedback, and liaise with procurement/supply teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.
