Social Media Executive

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who will reshape the narrative of ADHD through thoughtful storytelling, strong brand voice alignment, and creative content across our platforms.

In this role, you are equal parts writer and visual creator, comfortable switching between writing a donor appeal, designing an Instagram carousel, capturing moments on stills and motion, or running a paid ad campaign.

What you'll do:

·Craft compelling copy for reports, press releases, social media, newsletters, and donor communications.

·Develop and maintain a specific tone of voice across our channels, tailored to diverse audiences.

·Manage and execute social media content calendars and campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), as well as EDMs (Mailchimp)

·Create content using Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom are a plus).

·Capture and edit photos and videos for digital content, event coverage and marketing collaterals.

·Run and optimise paid campaigns on social (Meta, LinkedIn) and search platforms (Google Ads).

·Support the Marketing Communications Manager in campaign ideation, events planning, and media outreach.

Who you are:

·Minimum Diploma holder with experience in social media management, content creation and communities.

·You're inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions.

·An amiable disposition – we love working with people with a positive character.

·You write compelling pieces with conscience, cadence, and flair; demonstrated through your experience in copywriting, content creation, and editorial work.

·Familiar with Singapore's digital landscape in mental health, and able to tailor content to targeted demographics.

·Skilled in social media management, with an eye for design and visual storytelling.

·Ability to handle dSLR, flashes and basic lighting setups are a plus.

·Comfortable running paid ad campaigns and interpreting basic analytics.

·Independent, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
