About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at INTERDESK'. This full-time role is based in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region and will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Sales
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, chat, or showroom).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.
Operations & Administration
  • Accurately input and update customer orders into the company's platform.
  • Prepare and submit backend forms, quotations, and sales-related documents.
  • Generate regular sales reports and assist with data tracking for management.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with excellent customer service mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with technology (order platforms, CRM, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
