JOB DESCRIPTION

Fossil Singapore is currently recruiting Sales Associate to join our team at CHANGI CITY POINT.

The position is responsible for day to day store operation, ensuring our customers to have a positive and extraordinary shopping experience by identifying customers' need and to build a good relationship with our customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure proper visual merchandising of products
  • Assist with inventory counts, restocking items and placement of new products
  • Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales or promotion programs
  • Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
  • Creates a Radical Customer Experience using selling skills and training materials.
  • Participates and is fully engaged in Team Meeting and Training sessions
  • Takes part to execute all merchandising tasks. Demonstrate Product Knowledge for all concepts.
  • Managing the upkeep and condition of all company equipment
  • Achieving sales goals
  • Maintains high level of personal integrity (e.g., adhering to Loss Prevention practices and policies, work published schedule, accurate timekeeping records, etc.) and expects the same of their team.
  • Assist in ad hoc and assigned task

To be a successful Sales Associate, you must have a passion for retail and willing to give a radical customer experience to our guests. That's right, we call our customers 'guests'

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience within the watch, leather or accessories or fashion market is advantageous
  • Retail hours and be willing to station at Changi store
  • Proficiency in English

WORKING HOURS

  • 44 hours/week
  • 5 work days
  • Full Time - Monday to Sunday based on duty roster
