The Singapore Academy of Law invites applications for the position of Programme Manager, LegalTech GoWhere. This role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of a national initiative focused on LegalTech community development. The incumbent will serve as the key driver in fostering meaningful engagement across the legal and technology sectors, while managing stakeholder relationships and producing content that supports outreach and programme visibility.

The incumbent will be working in close collaboration with the Ministry of Law and operate within a highly coordinated framework, taking direction from both organisations to ensure alignment with broader programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Strategy


• Drive overall programme execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives


• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies


• Monitor programme performance against KPIs


• Lead quarterly programme reviews and strategic planning sessions

Stakeholder Coordination & Relationship Management


• Build and maintain relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, LegalTech providers, and government agencies


• Coordinate with MinLaw, IMDA, LawSoc, and other key ecosystem partners


• Facilitate partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the LegalTech ecosystem


• Manage relationships with sponsors, speakers, and community champions

Content Production & Thought Leadership


• Develop content strategy for events, social media, newsletters, and community communications


• Produce high-quality written content including articles, case studies, and industry insights
• Create compelling presentations and reports for stakeholders and partners

Community Engagement & Development


• Design and implement community growth strategies across digital and physical touch-points


• Manage online community platforms and drive meaningful engagement


• Coordinate bi-monthly curated dinners with General Counsels, law firm partners, and academics


• Facilitate co-creation sessions and workshops with ecosystem players

Research & Insights


• Lead the Legal Demand Survey initiative to map LegalTech requirements


• Conduct pulse surveys and stakeholder interviews to track industry trends


• Analyse community feedback and translate insights into actionable programme improvements


• Produce quarterly ecosystem reports and trend analyses

Required Qualifications Education & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Communications, or related field


• Minimum 5 years' experience in programme management, community building, or business development


• Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership development


• Experience in the legal industry, technology sector, or professional services preferred

Core Competencies


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives


• Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail and execution excellence


• Content creation skills including writing, presentation development, and social media management

Technical Skills


• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, )


• Social media management and content creation platforms


• Data analysis and reporting capabilities


• Experience with CRM systems and community platforms preferred
