Minisport, a leading early years sports coaching school in in Singapore is looking for ambitious individuals to be a part of our core team.

As one of the early members of the Singapore team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the business and be a key player in our ambitious growth plans.

The Minisport program focuses on the exploration of six core sports - tennis, basketball, athletics, rugby, hockey, and football - through a dynamic, one-program approach for children aged 1.5 to 6 years old. Classes typically range from 4 to 9 students, often with guardian assistance.

We're looking for a full-time coach who possess:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

  • Confidence and the ability to lead groups of children

  • Preferably, experience in coaching early years groups (but not required)

As part of our team, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance, typically coaching 4-5 hours per day, 5 days per week. We place a strong emphasis on building a thriving team culture and creating lasting memories for all team members.
