Job Description

We are looking for passionate and energetic Basketball Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for the game and a strong desire to teach and inspire children of various age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct structured and engaging basketball training sessions for children.
• Teach fundamental basketball skills, techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Provide positive reinforcement, foster good sportsmanship, and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage class logistics, including attendance and equipment setup.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
• Uphold the values and standards of our academy.

Requirements:

• Patient, responsible, passionate about coaching, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Prior coaching experience, especially with youth, is highly preferred.
• Possession of a relevant coaching license/certificate will be a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent Chinese

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Sunday: Full Day

• 拥有教练经验(尤其是青少年教学经验)者优先考虑。
• 持有相关教练证书/执照者将具显著优势。
• 扎实的篮球基础知识和规则理解。
• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
• 能够独立工作,也具备团队合作精神。
• 中文流利

工作时间:

• 星期一至星期六: 下午 5:00 - 晚上 8:30
• 星期日: 全天
