HR Assistant

Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee life-cycle matters, including but not limited to onboarding, inventory issuance and management, probation tracking, contract renewals, work-pass processing, medical examinations, and end-of-employment tasks.
- Assist in training coordination such as course registration and approval, attendance tracking, invoice processing, and maintaining training records and databases.
- Support the digitalisation of HR files and records, including scanning, uploading, and secure disposal of confidential documents.
- Provide general administrative and HR support
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior HR or administrative experience will be an advantage.
