Senior Executive Assistant, HR Group Shared Services (4-Month Contract)

Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension/ conversion (Start: late Sep/early Oct 2025)

Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm

Salary: $2,580 – $3,000

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support HR Group Shared Services. This role focuses on delivering efficient and accurate HR processes, primarily in onboarding, offboarding, and on-site employee experience, while ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support in HR policy, process, and programme implementation.
  • Partner with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to deliver value-added HR services.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Maintain HR systems and records in line with procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver HR services that meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Group Shared Services.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business-related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to handle high-volume tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing large datasets.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to work under tight timelines.
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
