Job Scope:

  • Perform termination, soldering, connection, and testing of AV equipment on site.
  • Update drafter on changes to drawings during or after project execution.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery (roller machines, compressors, laser machines, stamping machines, etc.).
  • Inspect, service, and replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, valves, dies, and optics.
  • Perform machine alignment, calibration, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Support installation, setup, and testing of new or refurbished machinery.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain service records, repair logs, and report parts usage.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize disruption.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure equipment standards are met.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Nitec or relevant technical qualification.
  • Experience in machinery maintenance, AV equipment, or electrical work.
  • Skilled in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.
  • Knowledge of machine alignment, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
  • Able to read and update technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
