I. Job Responsibilities
  1. Track cutting-edge technological trends in the advertising DSP (Demand-Side Platform) field, lead the development and implementation of core technology initiatives, and drive the overall capability improvement of the advertising DSP technical team.
  2. Be responsible for the R&D of key advertising formats on the PC end, covering in-feed ad SDK, ad network SDK, and overseas advertising DSP, to meet diverse scenario requirements in overseas markets.
  3. Design and develop advertising-related marketing tools based on advertising business needs, supporting the tool-based implementation of commercial monetization scenarios.
  4. Effectiveness and Experience Optimization: Guided by the actual business needs of advertising, continuously iterate technical solutions to improve advertising delivery performance (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate) while optimizing user experience (e.g., loading speed, interaction fluency).
II. Job Requirements
  1. Possess at least 3 years of development experience in the advertising industry, with a solid foundation in the Java language; proficient in the four core components of Android (Activity, Service, Broadcast Receiver, Content Provider) and familiar with the principles of the Android Framework layer.
  2. Familiar with network protocols such as TCP and HTTP, and capable of packet capture and analysis for various network conditions.
  3. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems; able to independently take on tasks and manage projects, with the capability to systematically oversee project progress.
