This role serves as the primary point of contact for the executive's schedules, work meetings, travel arrangements, and daily coordination needs, while also overseeing key aspects of household and family management. The ideal candidate is responsible, adaptable, and able to manage a fast-paced lifestyle with professionalism and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities 职位职责

Household & Property Management 家庭与物业管理

  • Oversee all household operations including cleanliness, repairs, maintenance, and organization管理家庭日常运作,包括清洁、维修、维护及整体整洁
  • Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (maids, drivers etc.) 管理及协调家庭工作人员(保姆、司机等)
  • Ensure the home is always well-maintained, presentable, and secure 确保住宅始终保持良好状态与安全

Family Lifestyle Coordination 家庭生活协调

  • Assist with children's schedules including school runs, classes, activities, and daily routines协助安排孩子的日程,如上学、课外班及日常作息
  • Organize family events, vacations, and celebrations, including vendor coordination and logistics策划与执行家庭聚会、假期及庆祝活动,协调相关供应商与事务
  • Run errands and manage purchases for household needs (groceries, toiletries, gifts, etc.)代办事务及管理日常采购(如食品、日用品、礼品等)

Travel & Personal Assistance 差旅与个人助理支持

  • Accompany the family on domestic or international trips when needed 根据需要陪同家人国内外出行
  • Plan and manage itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, visas, and luggage 安排行程、酒店、交通、签证及行李等差旅事务
  • Assist employer with scheduling, reminders, and calendar management if required 根据需要协助老板安排日程提醒及日历管理

Financial & Administrative Oversight 财务与行政管理

  • Track and report household expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash 管理家庭财务、供应商付款及零用金使用,定期汇报
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules (AC, pool, pest control, alarm systems, etc.) 安排设施保养(空调、泳池、灭虫、防盗系统等)
  • Maintain household inventories and high-value items (art, wine, jewelry) 管理家庭库存及高价值物品(如艺术品、红酒、珠宝)
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Executive or household principal. 执行上级或家庭成员指派的其他相关事务。

Job Requirements 职位要求

  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking family members and vendors. 精通中英文,以便与讲中文的家庭成员及供应商顺利沟通。
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as private household management, luxury hospitality, aviation, or other high-touch service environments. 拥有至少五年相关工作经验,如私人家庭管理、奢华酒店服务、航空或其他高端服务行业背景。
  • Strong interpersonal skills, service mindset, and discretion when handling personal or sensitive matters.具备优秀的人际沟通能力、服务意识,并能妥善处理私人事务与敏感信息。
  • Able to lead, supervise, and coordinate household staff effectively. 能高效管理和协调家庭员工的日常工作。
  • Comfortable with flexible hours and international travel when required. 可接受灵活工作时间安排,能根据需要陪同出国出差。
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. 持有有效的新加坡3号驾驶执照。
