BUSINESS GROUP/MARKET: Flexible role with a focus on Deodorants for both Singapore and ANZ markets

Are you a creative thinker, with a passion for transforming creative concepts into visually stunning pack designs our consumers will love? The Artwork Excellence team is on the lookout for a self-starter Artwork Production Specialist (APS) to join their team in Singapore on a 6-month contract basis

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Pack is the most relevant communication asset brands have; it is the way we connect with 3.4 billion consumers every day. In the heart of our Global Marketing Services, Artwork Excellence plays a key role in delivering product innovations that meet the evolving needs of our consumers.

As an Artwork Production Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming creative concepts into visually compelling pack designs that delight consumers across diverse physical and digital touchpoints. Working within a dynamic global team, you will:

• Manage end-to-end pack design projects, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and technical excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Digital Commerce, eCommerce) and external partners (design agencies, printers, and vendors).

• Oversee the creation of digital pack images and mobile-ready hero images (MRHIs).

• Coordinate multiple projects using our global artwork management system, balancing creative vision with production feasibility.

• Contribute technical and creative insights, anticipating challenges and driving continuous improvement.

• Champion best practices in packaging design and digital content delivery, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

WHAT YOU BRING

Professional Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in creative project management, Pack design, Print Production, CGI Production, Agency Relations, or similar, ideally within an FMCG environment.

• Self-starter with proven ability to hit the ground running, leveraging prior knowledge of the industry and role to deliver from day one.

• Prior experience in the Deodorant category and cans printing technology a strong plus.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.

• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate complexity to find practical solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and data analysis.

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages relevant to the market are a plus).
