Job Title: Artwork Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Artwork Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our production process, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all incoming files from clients to ensure they meet technical specifications.
  • Amend and refine existing artwork based on instructions from the sales team.
  • Expertly handle and typeset artwork featuring both English and Chinese wordings.
  • Generate flawless, print-ready files for various output methods.

Collaboration and Workflow Management:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work closely with the Sales Team to understand project requirements and deliver proofs for client approval. Additionally, they will liaise directly with the Production Team to prepare and troubleshoot files for specific machinery. The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing, organizing, and archiving all digital artwork assets and job files systematically.
