The Talent People is proud to partner with JSIT-PE, a government initiative aimed at strengthening Singapore's Precision Engineering sector by addressing manpower challenges and fostering industry growth.


They are seeking an Artwork Specialist to join their team of skilled professionals. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork, illustrations, and technical drawings using both digital and manual techniques.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Rhinoceros.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce original 2D artwork, illustrations, and detailed technical drawings
  • Develop high-quality 2D models and visual assets for 3D product presentations
  • Collaborate with Product Designers & Engineers to ensure artwork aligns with technical specifications and manufacturing capabilities
  • Ensure all artwork and design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines
  • Participate in early stages of design development by creating mood boards, visual concepts, and prototypes
  • Take part in design revisions, refining and adjusting artwork based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience or at least 1-2 years of professional design experience
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Rhinoceros (or similar 3D modeling software)
  • A strong sense of creativity combined with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • An enthusiasm for creating high-quality designs that reflect fine craftsmanship, innovation, and exclusivity
