
Project Manager

We are a Singapore-based construction company specializing in building, tiling, and finishing works. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects successfully from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to handover.
- Oversee site managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure all works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and approve drawings, contracts, and progress claims.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively in English across all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage for reviewing and coordinating drawings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in project management (preferably in building/tiling works).
- Proven track record of managing projects in Singapore is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
