**Position Summary**
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of projects, ensuring successful completion within established timelines and budgets. This role requires strong organizational, communication, report writing and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Besides project management, ability to perform basic literature research and analyse issues to support the Director would be needed from time to time.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all assignments are delivered on-time and within scope
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and efficient allocations
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification/analytical techniques to manage changes
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Bachelor’s degree (Science, Engineering and/or Information Technology preferred); or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
