The Job

  • Provide excellent service in the areas of receiving patients/clients for registration, assisting in patient/client education and all other event administration-related services.
  • Attend to customer's needs, resolve customer complaints, collect feedback and ensure smooth on-site events operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate supplies of stationery and other consumables as advised by Senior Manager, Operations,
  • Responsible for keeping inventory of equipment and maintenance, including the reporting of any equipment breakdown or damage

The Person

  • At Least GCE 'O'/ 'N' Levels/ Diploma/ITE certificate in Healthcare Management and/or related fields
  • Minimum one year of experience from healthcare/ hospitality industry preferred, three years of experience for Senior Customer Service Officer
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to interact proactively, professionally and tactfully with patients, their families and clients
  • Handle complaints and emotional patients and/or visitors with diplomacy and sensitivity
  • Able to work weekends & public holidays as and whenever required.
