**WE ARE HIRING**

As a **Scalp Consultant**, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Provide clients with expert hair and scalp analyses and treatments.
- Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers.
- Conduct proper diagnosis, the consultant must prescribe treatment as well.
- Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest.
- Customize treatment packages according to customers' scalp condition.
- Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers).
- Follow-up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

**Requirements**:
- 3 years of proven experience as a Scalp Consultant or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers' needs and paying attention to details.
- Proven professional certificate is a plus.
- With good language proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday.
