**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide clients with expert hair and scalp analyses and treatments.
- Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers
- Conducting proper diagnosis, consultant must prescribed treatment as well
- Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest.
- Customize treatment packages according to customers' scalp condition.
- Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers)
- Follow up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in sales with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the beauty industry) but not REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service & sensitive to customers’ needs and pay attention to details
- With proven Professional Certificates is a PLUS (but not REQUIRED)
- With good language proficiency is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
