We're seeking a Head Spa Therapist who is passionate about holistic wellness, client care, and sensory rituals. This role is perfect for someone who values technique, stillness, and transformation.

THE JOB:

• Perform advanced hair spa, scalp care, and specialized treatment services with precision and expertise
• Conduct in-depth scalp and hair assessments, identifying conditions and recommending customized solutions
• Deliver professional consultation, educating clients on scalp health, aftercare routines, and suitable products
• Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing personalized, relaxing, and results-driven treatments
• Maintain treatment records, track client progress, and adjust therapies for optimal results
• Stay updated on the latest scalp and hair wellness innovations, treatment techniques, and product knowledge
• Support the salon in driving treatment sales, retail product recommendations, and client retention initiatives
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices for all equipment and work areas
• Contribute to service improvements and innovative treatment offerings to enhance salon competitiveness

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Certification in massage scalp therapy, or beauty/wellness treatments (head spa experience a major plus).
• Strong hands-on massage technique and understanding of pressure points.
• Warm, intuitive, and professional client service skills.
• A calm, focused presence and a genuine interest in healing work.
• Basic knowledge of hair/scalp anatomy, product ingredients, and wellness trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Deliverables:

• Deliver head spa treatments in accordance with brand protocols and timing standards.
• Upsell treatment upgrades or packages in alignment with client needs.
• Prepare and reset treatment room between every session
• Encourage repeat bookings and build client loyalty with thoughtful follow-ups.
• Stay current with scalp health trends, ingredients, and wellness practices.
• Coordinate smoothly with stylists to enhance integrated hair + scalp experiences.
