Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Beauty Therapist based in Singapore.

THE ROLE:

The therapist role is to execute treatment and advises to customer. She must be ready to serve and give professional advice to the customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Service

• Receive customers at the lounge/VIP areas
• Provide consultation and follow-up with customers from the last program
• Ensure the customers are comfortable in the treatment room before executing the treatments

Execution of the Treatment

• Ensure completion on the treatment protocol (Hand technique)
• Introduce the products used to the customers
• To clear any spillage of products to ensure cleanliness, and to avoid any accidents
• After the treatment, offer drinks to the customer and advise

Aftercare

• To show customers the products that you have used in the treatment, accordingly to the treatment flow
• Share with the customers for any promotions and benefits as a member
• Advise the customers for the next consultation and book appointment. Relay the appointment dates to CSS when customer check-out
• To clear testers, and/or cups after the customer exit the spa

General Attitude and Discipline

• Ensure the treatments room are well-maintained and ready for before the scheduled appointment
• To check and ensure there are sufficient products, disposals in the treatment room

YOU ARE:

• Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
• Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

YOU HAVE:

• 1 year of work experience in spa environment
• Ability to execute both face and body treatments
• Proven record at attaining and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
• Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
• Passionate about the beauty and service industry
